TRAI has just released a “Consumers’ Handbook on Telecommunications” signed by outgoing TRAI Chief, Dr J J Sarma.
Chapter 2 is dedicated for complaints redressal and in which TRAI has mandated setting up Web Based Complaint monitoring System. The Manual says,
